Shipping and delivery

PLEASE NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items they have ordered can be legally imported to the destination country. Regulations may prohibit certain manufacturing materials and NSFW content. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to the following countries due to sanctions outside of our control:

• North Korea
• Syria
• Russia
• Iran
• Belarus
• Cuba
• Myanmar

Please reach out to the mods before ordering if you live in a particularly unstable region or you have concerns about shipping to your area.

Additionally, as a matter of solidarity, because we cannot currently ship to the Gaza Strip, we will not be shipping to Israel.

Shipping Times

Please note that leftover items will start shipping after January 22.

Below are our estimated delivery times. Please note that these are ETAs from the point the package is physically dropped off at the post office:

• Domestic US / Major Urban Centres / Regular Parcel : 4 - 10 business days
• Domestic US / Non-Major Urban Centres / Regular Parcel : 4 - 13 business days
• International / Small Packet (Surface) : 4 - 12 weeks

Digital Deliveries

Digital deliveries will be sent to the email address you used when completing your purchase.

Digital deliveries will be sent out the same week that physical shipping begins.
